After you login and all of your items don't show up in your shopping cart and it has been more than 24 hours since your last Ebay purchase please call our office or email us at service@lg-gems.com and our customer service staff will be glad to help you.

You may check your login and shopping cart as often as you wish.  You can leave the shopping cart incomplete and come back at a latter time and your items will remain in your shopping cart when you return.  However once you complete the check out process you will not be able to add any more item to this cart. 

Credit Cards payments remain the most secure method of payment for internet sales.  The consumer has more rights and power over the transaction then any other payment means.  With credit cards you are not responsible for charges that you did not authorize. You have the right to dispute any charge on your card.  It then becomes the merchants responsibility to prove that you placed the order and they shipped to you.  You also have the right to refuse any package as "Not as described" and return it the merchant for a refund.  Most credit card companies will release your funds back to you as soon as you file a dispute. You do not have this same level of protection with Paypal or any other payment method.
