This unique 5Cr15MOV stainless steel knife kit includes a 6.6” caper knife with 2.6” blade, 7.5” gut hook knife with 3.2” blade, 10.6” fillet knife with 5.2” blade, 8.5” bone saw with 5.9” blade, 10.8” ribcage spreader, TPR rubber-coated handheld sharpener, protective gloves and a rugged nylon carrying case. All knives feature a drop point blade style and defense grip coating to reduce hand fatigue for safer, more comfortable cutting. Each knife is skeletonized to decrease carrying weight to an ultra-comfortable, compact 1.5 lbs.
